If your property has an unpaid tax balance, an impending penalty of 18% will be assessed January 1, 2026 on the total unpaid balance as of December 31, 2025.
Please make arrangements to pay prior to the 18% penalty becoming applicable.
Please note that our office will be closed December 25 and we will open again on January 2, 2026 at 8:30am.

Pay taxes or other fees through our secure third party payment provider Pay Simply, a secure, third party Canadian payment provider. You can make online credit card or Interac eTransfer payments. Please allow 3 business days for processing. All fees are paid to PaySimply and The Summer Village of Sunbreaker Cove does not retain any portion of the fee. You will be notified of the fee amount prior to the payment being processed. You will also receive an email confirmation of your transaction including fees paid. The credit card processing fee is 2.5% of the total payment amount.
