To obtain a Tax Search or Tax Certificate, please email a request, stating which property and in which Summer Village, to [email protected] or [email protected]. The company name and address must be provided to complete the request. The fee is $25 each and can be paid by e-transfer, with credit card on our website, cheque, and debit or exact cash in person. If paying by cheque, a photocopy of the cheque must be sent along with the request. If you are not sure which document you need, below is the information that each document will provide.

Tax Certificate:

• Tax Certificates show a record of Assessment value, Tax Levy, Utility Charges and any penalties or outstanding amounts owing for that property. 

Tax Search:

• A Tax Search will supply the Assessment value and current Tax Levy but will not show if there are any Utility Fees or outstanding amounts owing.
• Please allow up to a maximum of (3) business days for processing.
