The Information Posted at this location is presented as provided by Candidates. Council and Administration post the information when the Election Candidates submit to Administration. All Candidates were contacted to submit biographical material.

The FORM 26 CAMPAIGN DISCLUSURE & FINANCIAL STATEMENT may be found here. Please note, this form must be returned to the Returning Officer (Teri Musseau) by March 1, 2022, or an automatic $500 late filing fee will be levied and collected by the municipality. All candidates, whether elected to Council or not, must complete the form and return it by the March 1, 2022 deadline.

If you are physically disabled or will be absent from the local jurisdiction on election day, you can request to vote by special ballot. The above Form 22 must be completed and emailed to [email protected]. Upon receipt, a special ballot package will be mailed out. The contents must be returned to the office, along with a copy of your government issued photo ID to the Returning Officer before 7:00 p.m. on July 3, 2021.

*Location for both dates will be the Summer Village Administration Office (Bay 8, 14 Thevenaz Industrial Tail, Sylvan Lake, AB T4S 2J5
PLEASE NOTE:
Government Issued photo ID will be required for each eligible voter. An eligible voter would be the person on title, the spouse of the person on title, or any permanent resident over the age of 18 whether on title or not. Masks will be required for all people entering the building and we encourage all electors to be respectful of the social distancing requirements.
