“Summer home” means a home that does not have the proper insulation, water, or heating systems to be lived in year-round, therefore,
the plumbing needs to be purged of water to avoid pipes freezing during the season when the home is vacant.

• If the home does not have the capacity to be occupied in the winter and is a summer home, the charge will be $180/year.
The lower fee only available if you declare to Summer Village Administration in writing (letter or email) that sewer services cannot be used in the winter:

• annually thereafter prior to March 31.

To declare that your home is a Summer Home and qualifies for the lower fee, please send an email with your Name, Sunbreaker Cove address and phone number to: [email protected] with the Subject Line: Summer Home Declaration
