The Summer Village of Norglenwold is currently working with Bluerock Planning on annexation to expand its land base to provide future opportunities for public land uses and residential development within the Summer Village. For more information on this project, links have been provided below.
The Summer Village of Norglenwold is proposing annexation of four parcels of land shown on the map. Previous notifications stated three parcels of land and did not include a waterfront environmental reserve (ER) parcel associated with annexation of Lot 1 Block 1 Plan 1623387.
